These Terms govern use of thetailnco.com and purchases from Tail & Co. By visiting, creating an account, or ordering, you agree to these Terms and incorporated policies.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally capable of contracting. Do not use the store or products unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or without authorization; interfere with security; introduce malicious code; exploit content; or violate another person's rights.
Product information and use
We reasonably aim for accurate descriptions, dimensions, colors, images, compatibility, and features. Screens and manufacturing updates may cause minor differences. Install, operate, clean, and maintain products according to instructions and intended household use. Products do not replace veterinary advice or responsible supervision.
Prices and payment
Prices use the checkout currency and may change before purchase. Taxes, shipping, duties, and optional services appear where applicable. You authorize the displayed total. We may correct obvious errors; if one affects an order, we may seek approval or cancel and refund it.
Orders
Confirmation acknowledges receipt, not guaranteed acceptance. We may legitimately refuse, limit, or cancel for suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, restrictions, promotion misuse, or inaccurate information. Paid amounts for cancelled items are refunded.
Shipping, returns, and refunds

Optional 2-Year Protection Plan — $69.99
A standard purchase does not include a complimentary two-year written warranty. The optional plan costs $69.99 and is charged separately. Coverage exists only when selected, paid, and shown on the order confirmation. Separate terms control coverage, exclusions, claims, remedies, cancellation, and provider details. Non-waivable warranties and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
Tail & Co. branding, photos, graphics, text, layouts, videos, software, and store content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. Access is for personal, non-commercial shopping.
Reviews and user content
You confirm submitted content is truthful where represented as your experience and does not infringe rights. You grant Tail & Co. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use it for store operation and promotion, subject to law and our Privacy Policy. Honest reviews will not be prohibited or penalized.

Third-party services and links may have independent terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store is provided “as available.” Results vary with installation, maintenance, environment, pet behavior, food or litter, connectivity, and other factors. To the maximum extent permitted, Tail & Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Indemnification
To the extent permitted, you agree to indemnify Tail & Co. against third-party claims from unlawful store use, material breach of these Terms, or infringement of rights.
Severability, waiver, and changes
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues where permitted. Failure to enforce is not waiver. Updates apply prospectively when posted with a revised date.
